ST. FRANCIS CLINIC
The Riehle Foundation provided the funds to build the St. Francis Clinic located on the
property of Mother’s Village in Medjugorje. The building was dedicated and officially
opened in March 1998. Through donations, the clinic has been furnished with up-to-date
equipment. Through the generosity of another benefactor, the two operatories were
air-conditioned in 1999.
Visiting dentists and physicians provide care for the orphans at Mother’s Village
and John Paul II Orphanage. Today there are over 150 children living at these two
orphanages. Additionally, the refugees living in the area of Medjugorje,
Bosnia-Herzegovina are also treated at the clinic.
